Welcome to My Website

We are in unprecedented times, which is why I decided that now was the right time to create my own website. The world is changing, and along with it the way we do business, hire talent, promote and mentor in order to grow our businesses. No longer can employees be considered just cogs in a wheel. Employees bring to work with them the whole of their life experiences. Compartmentalization, which was so common in the past, will be a detriment to organizational growth moving forward.

This website is my way of sharing with potential employers who I am in a way in which resumes are incapable.

I’ll also be sharing my thoughts on business, culture, books, etc. that I find of interest. My hope is that I’ll be able to share more of who I am and how I interact with the world, which influences how I lead in business.
